The Mouse Genetics Laboratory (MGL) provides a comprehensive range of mouse genomic editing and embryo manipulation services as a research resource for the Office of Academic Clinical Affairs.

MGL offers projects design, CRISPR/Cas9 based genome modifications, microinjection/ electroporation of zygotes, ESC injection, sperm/embryo cryopreservation, in vitro fertilization (IVF), tissue culture, customized mouse genetics projects, etc. MGL has administrative capabilities in conjunction with dedicated animal housing space and is located in the Cancer and Cardiovascular Research Building.
