The Mouse Genetics Laboratory (MGL) provides a comprehensive range of mouse genomic editing and embryo manipulation services as a research resource for the Office of Academic Clinical Affairs.
MGL offers projects design, CRISPR/Cas9 based genome modifications, microinjection/ electroporation of zygotes, ESC injection, sperm/embryo cryopreservation, in vitro fertilization (IVF), tissue culture, customized mouse genetics projects, etc. MGL has administrative capabilities in conjunction with dedicated animal housing space and is located in the Cancer and Cardiovascular Research Building.
Please acknowledge the MGL for production of transgenic mice in your publications that result from studies on mice generated by MGL. If MGL provides advice or collaboration above and beyond normal services, i.e. if we make a substantial contribution to your work, we would appreciate co-authorship.
